I've lost weight but feel and look fatter

I've lost 4 stone which is about 56 pound. I know I've went down in clothes sizes but I feel really big and bigger than I was before I started losing weight.
I'm 5'7" and 12 stone 2 which is over weight.
I'm tired of looking in the mirror and feeling like a whale. What can I do to lose more?

Who are you trying to look like? The goal is to be the healthiest you, you can be!! The media has bombarded us with body images of what we can't realistically achieve. I'm sure you have some wonderful parts to your body! Focus on the positive and work on those areas that you can still change. Real people have flaws. Make yourself love parts of your body. Say positive things not negative. You can do it and deserve it!!!

I have the same problem I lost 30kg and now I am 90kg and 167cm height and I am disgusted by myself and yes I look myself in mirror and wish not to be a whale any more and plus I have been teased since forever about my weight.I don't know what is going on with me I wanna start losing weight and I can no matter what.I think the problem is that our body needs a break or it is about the brain.I mean we may need sth to get us really mad and start losing again but really I don't know...All I know is sth that I wish I could think of every time I look myself in mirror.Not every body is perfect.You are overweight so?Try to relax about it you owe it to yourself after your great achievement and congrats for that!I hope to find a solution and feel better for yourself...
