I recently got interested in juicing as a way to eat raw fruits and vegetables. I have read quite a bit about the subject but there are many differing opinions as to how to do it. I have not read anything from a Nutritionist however and I am concerned that I may be doing some things that could affect my health in a negative way. Anyone in this group juicing?
