Sorry that should say blood sugar levels down or even. You don't want to feel tired after eating,
I have lost 25 lb , 10 to go and 16 " since Novrmber 9, with almost 4 months of consistent exercise including X country skiing, water aerobics, interval training, weight training , walking and running, and of course, eating better. I believe my success is due to changing up my exercise routine but keeping weight training as a constant 3 X a week and keeping a food journal using the my diet app. Learning how to make healthy smoothies and eating right throughout the day to keep blood sugar levels up has definitely helped. I have also been reading something interesting books like The New Abs Diet by Daviid Zinkzenko. It has helped me immensely educating me about the best combination of foods paired with the best use of weights. You can workout at home with a minimum of weights and fitness equipment. By making some (not a lot - mostly cutting back on added sugars) necessary diet changed you will feel awesome by July, on the right path to a fitter you and healthier lifestyle. I know you can do it even if it takes longer than my time frame you'll learn so much during your journey. I started in the beginning saying this to myself everyday - "I am slimmer, stronger and healthier everyday". Saying something similar to this really does help. And I hope this advice is something you can use to be the best you can be, especially for yourself.
