I couldn't make it either - I get up at 3:30 am so have to get to bed outrageously early. It sounds like it was a lot of fun and I hope you guys get something going again with exercises like you were talking about. I'd sure try to join in.
I was unable to attend last night. I was so disappointed. I ended up juggling swim team meet and wrestling with the kids with overlapping times and right into this timeframe..but I was thinking of you all!

Oh, wow! There's almost not anything that you can't do at home! Lunges, squats, curtsey squats, all kinds of upper body work with barbells - do you have barbells, Ranae? Skailark needs to know this if he's going to be doing this!
Well, before I get over committed with new exercise techniques and goals and getting back on track and everything else, I'd better get going for now.

Well .. I have it on good authority that we can add to the tracker .. we just need to give it some thought and come up with something concise and definitive .. and then submit it for review.

We can log the exercise in and, if we need to add more choices, we can work with MH to do so. We can also journal what we did .. in our exercise tracker ... then it is there for all to see and for us to encourage each other.
Starting something after the new year would be fine and most appreciated and warmly welcomed.
As for "teaching publically" .. try to think of it as helping friends. That's how I do it.
Ranae, I'd take the role of student and participant if we had that. Like I said, I have the basic equipment so as long as it wasn't any super fancy move....
Sometimes there are exercises I can't quite do because of my, er, carriage :) High-impact is not my friend, either. But I'm good with most other things, and could always adapt what I can't do.
I'm horribly addicted to hamster wheels, you know, ellipticals and stairmasters. But I think more full range and natural movement is really important and want to learn more exercises.
How do you mean logging it into our trackers?
