Ever since i have been back at school since Christmas break my stools have been pretty loose, but not diarrhea, there just loose. Im pretty sure its the cafeteria food that's doing it, because whenever i am at home i dont have this problem. My usual diet is coffee in the morning with a snack bar, sandwich for lunch, and usually a burger for dinner, and sometimes il throw a banana in there. What should i be eating that will make my stools a little harder?
