May I suggest the weight, exercise and mood trackers as they can be crucial to our success and personal accountability. They are currently working on a food journal and will have it available very soon.
As for a helping you with a healthy program, I urge you to ask questions and communicate with the very knowledgeable members of this community. They have much knowledge, share it honestly and compassionately .. and offer great support and encouragement.
We host periodic weight loss challenges and the next one begins November 17th and will take us through Thanksgiving. We're currently helping each other with an exercise challenge and we work together to take the baby steps needed for change.
