Lose weight
I have a healthy diet and I train wrestling 2:30 hours a day everyday and I still gain weight. Why?

Hi there, my first thoughts are medications you may have started recently. Is the training new for you? Another thought would be that most athelets have a very healthy diet that is also very high in calories perhaps your diet is slighlty higher in caloric intake than what your burning off during your training. Also you could have an underlying thyroid issue. Hope it helps that's all I can think of. Good luck!
