Lossing weight

I am trying to lose weight but it working for me i always seem to go backwards then forward with this ii need help what should i do to lose weight

How much weight are you trying to lose and what have you tried so far?

You have to have a balance of healthy food and moderate exercise to lose weight.  If you can give us an idea what/how much you eat on a daily basis; as well as what type/how much exercise you get, we would be better able to offer suggestions.
