So I'm working out twice a day on weekdays (training in the morning, yoga in the afternoon) and if I've already lost weight, and I've already achieved the weight I aimed for, will my weight maintain if I make it just a once-a-day workout? Since I'm not trying to lose weight anymore, would it be fine if I don't workout as much?
If you really serious in maintaining your good shape and weight, just follow the same and slowly reduce the workout time as per your comfort and free time. if you follow yoga regularly, it will help you to maintain your weight. Avoid all junk foods and eat only healthy foods.
