Motivation Help

basically I really struggle maintaining a mentality for weight loss. I'll just crave something and tell myself : this will be my last awful meal and I'll start tomorrow. But then it goes like that most days. Or I'll eat something healthy and then eat whatever I was gonna eat in the first place so really that just doubles the calories. I used to do quite well with my will power and I don't know how to get it back.
Does anyone have good tips which help stay ON track ? Much appreciated

Hi there, best trick of all. Don't stop eating what you love! Everything in moderation. You're more inclined to eat better if you like the food. Try eating 80% healthy and reward yourself with something not so healthy. Remember, small proportions are key. Good luck!:)
