My Diet Diary totals
I've just started using this tracker and really like it so far.  But can't figure out what the Calorie Totals mean.  So my Total Calories so far today are 790 and it has a little chart that says:
From Carbs  388
From Fats    171
From Protein  98

What should these be?  What should I be aiming for?  They don't add up to the 790.  I can't figure out how to use this part of the tracker.  And I know I need something to help with my percentages of intake.

I'm using the new Android app.  Kinda wish I had an iPhone so I could get all the graphs.
