Hey , i started gym 3 mounths ago i had 105 kg now i have 78 , i want to ask if it's possible in the next 5 MOUNTHS for me to get a nice SIX PACK
I'm doing gym daily 2 hours
-1 hour Cardio estimated to 6-7 km of running
-over 200 Abs a day
Diet
-I'm eating 1000-1200 kcal a day
-Only chiken , fruits , cheese ,eggs
-Drinking only water
How many chances i have to get a nice six pack with a lifestyle like this?
