New limitation
Well, I started working with a dietician that I used years ago.  She is also an expert in PCOS and diet.  She has upped my calories to 900-1000 /day and reduced my carbs to 75-90g per day.  Not fun.  This is a real challenge and I hope that it works and I will actually lose some real weight.  Everything for the past month has been fluid on and fluid off.
