Next-Day Soreness

I love working out, but I hate the soreness the next day. I did stares yesterday, running up and down, and now everything hurts. My back, legs, butt, stomach, everything. That was followed by jumprope to cool down (and work my arms a bit).

I stretch and everything, but I want to know if anyone has any suggestions on how to prevent the soreness? Any special stretches or whatever? I wanna be able to keep up my intensity, but I can't do that when even breathing hurts :)

Any time you switch up your exercise and begin using muscles you haven't used in a while, soreness should be expected.  The best thing to do, is to continue with exercising and keep making it a challenge.
