Okay, I don't want to get on here and rub my exercise in anyone's face!!! But today I burnt 550 calories at the gym!! I ran a mile and walked a mile on the treadmill, and then did 45 minutes circuit training! God it feels so good to leave the gym with a beat red face lol
Sorry if I am annoying anyone! I just feel so great about my new found motivation that I have to keep talking about it or I will lose it lol

No way! I don't think that at all! I personally think that it rocks to post your exercise....leaves it out there for you to be accountable this session, as well as for others.
I just returned from the gym myself. I hadn't been in about two weeks as I had a super nasty cold. Ended up going for 3.68 miles on the treadmill. Really wanted that 4, but ran out of gas. That's all right...there's always Wednesday. ; ) (I'm a Monday, Wednesday, Friday girl myself).
I don't seem to sweat.....its kinda weird. I used to sweat a lot and now that i am taking Metformin, I don't sweat at all. I can feel like I am dying at the gym, and not have a single drop of sweat on me. I don't understand it. But by god my face is beat red lol
