Wym by not eating between 4pm-11am so what time for the next day???
Have you tried intermittent fasting? Try just eating between 11am - 4pm everyday. And then don't eat between 4pm - 11am. Only eat during that 5 hour period. But eat healthy foods with lots of fiber and drink 1/2 gallon of water daily. Also, do cardio workouts, like running, cycling, etc, for at least 3 days a week. I just started this about 2 weeks ago and I lost 10 lbs.
And I eat less than 1000 calories a day.
