Phentermine (Apidex)

I've been taking this current weight loss pill Apidex, and I've had to stop due to the fact it has been making my blood pressure sky rocket. My blood pressure if back to normal and I would like to continue to take. I was thinking once a week. Is that a good idea?

Will have to agree with Got_To_Do_It and truly hope you will consider not taking the diet pills again.  It truly is not a safe or natural way to lose weight.

Would certainly love to have you join us in the WL&D community to assist you in selecting healthier food choices, implementing moderate exercise and learning how to battle the emotions that sometime lead us to overeat.  The members here have so much knowledge to share and are most supportive and encouraging!

Hope you will consider this as a viable option and one that, over time, works long-term.  Very best wishes to you ..

Listen to your body -  it was telling you it dd not want that pill in it's system -  I think it would be very foolish to continue to take it knowing it can cause such a dangerous side effect.

Eat less but better
Exercise more
Drink more fluids
sleep/rest 8 hours in 24
Deal with the issues in your life giving you stress and anxiety

You CAN and WILL lose weight without the aid of diet pills :)
Good Luck :)
