Plateaus-Get past

How do get past the plateaus. I have been dieting and exercising for awhile and lost some weight. Now I am not losing any weight, even though still dieting and exercising.

How long have you been at this "plateau"?

Try changing up your calorie intake and exercise routine.  Try upping your calories by 100 or so, one day, then drop them by a couple hundred the next.  If you eat the exact number of calories every day, your body gets used to it and knows it's going to get that every day; by changing your calorie intake, you kind of throw it off guard.

Same goes for exercise.  Try working out a little longer, more intensely, or try different routines.  Again, by doing the same thing every day, your body is used to it and doesn't have to burn any more calories. Changing your routine will force your body to react differently.
