Progress at last!

After months of dieting and gaining, I have finally begun losing again. I'm down 7 lbs in the last 6 days!
My diet and eating habits have both shifted in a carnivorous direction, eating a big breakfast or lunch, then only small snacks for the other two meals of the day, and usually a fair amount of the calories is eggs and chicken... rather than going home to eat when I'm hungry at the end of the day, I'm going to the gym to work out, and it suppresses my appetite enough to make it through the evening on a snack.

I'm going to have to start eating more to stay healthy as soon as I find a way to balance the cost and nutrition of my diet... eating what I'm eating right now, I really can't afford to eat more than I am on my budget.

Have you tried adding fresh fruits and veggies as part of the snacks?  Things such as apples have a lot of fiber and will help fill you up on less.............

Just a thought.........
