SHOCKING REVELATION !?!

We've got 10 days left!!!!

So, what are we gonna do about it?  I haven't lost one ounce of steam!  I still have plenty of TuTu FIGHT left in me!

How about you?  It would do this old heart good to hear from you!  I'm still 6lbs from goal.  I've got 2 weigh-ins to go...

I'm headed out the door for a walk now.  It's 34 degrees.  

Please POST what you HAVE done today are ARE GOING TO DO!!!  10 DAYS!

I think my weigh-in will be alright on Sunday.  I'm down since last Sunday, too.  

I am heading out the door for a 3-mile walk now.  Brrr!  It's only 28 degrees today!  Let's hope I shiver off some more calories!

Well no Tae Bo for me this morning but I did get on the scale and it showed I was 169.8  That is almost 2 pounds since Wednesday.  I am feeling better now.

Very good! ^.^ New clothes are always exciting! I can't wait to get new casual wear clothes, but I'm holding off on those for now. I want to lose some more weight before I get a new wardrobe. ^.^

Lonelymom, you are doing SO WELL!  Don't worry, if you continue sticking to your WW points and exercising like you are, the weight will come off!

Elaine, You're the bomb!  Don't misunderstand---that's a GOOD thing!  You are such an example to ALL of us!  I always get such practical advice and examples from you.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Barb, 4 miles PLUS physical exertion...?  THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN' ABOUT!  I just can't wait to hear all about how good it felt to get BACK into your yoga and your WiFit next week!  TELL US ALL ABOUT IT!

LeniuXenobia, I was thinking about getting new workout clothes from my parents for my birthday (which isn't till May, but they ask early because it gets mailed 1400 miles).  I think you just helped me make up my mind!  Thanks...

Yes new clothes and I"m very excited! They are new work out clothes so I'm hoping that it will motivate me to exercise more. (No rest for the wicked :x)

I did end up resting most of the day except for cleaning of course and my usual cooking dinner, grocery shopping ect.

I ended up with a total of 4.0 miles on the pedometer today along with some other physical exertion at work that COULD be counted as strength training - well, at least that's what *I'M* gonna count it as cuz I was lifting things that weighed 10+ pounds!!  

One more day and "Spring Break, here I come".. .....

Lonelymom - you're doing great, don't feel bad about losing ONLY 0.2 pounds - that's still a loss and something to be proud of.  

Elaine - we all know what you've been going through, with the heart attack, the upcoming procedure, etc - and you're STILL losing??  Wow - I should be so lucky!!  

LeniuXenobia - so you have new clothes coming?  That's great.  Don't forget to go ahead and take a day of rest.  Your body needs that also.  Keep up the good work!!

Hi Twehner5, i wondered where you were, as you know i cant do to much exercise at the moment, but some how i am still losing done 3.6 lbs so only got 1.4 left for my goal of 5 lbs, Im confident that i wont be wearing no clown suit, one thing i do is when im taking laundry up i just take 1 or 2 at a time so i do about 6 trips up and down it all helps. Good luck everyone

Yes I am still going on my bike rides as long as the weather permits. Last two days the weather has been nasty and raining so as soon as we have a pretty day I am on that bike again.

I have been doing Tae Bo at 4:30 every morning and bike ride at 6:00 every evening for the past week

Lonelymom, way to hang in there!  Tae Bo this morning, huh?  I've never tried that.  Are you still riding your bike in the evenings?  I WANT TO KNOW!

LOSING .2lbs is better than GAINING .2lbs (I was VERY GOOD in math!).

Barb135, 2 miles already?  Keep it up!  That ain't nothin' to sneeze at!  And, with that spring break on the horizon, I'm seeing a Boot Camp in your future.  Drop and give me 10!

Well Today is actually my "rest day". I still work out on my rest days, so I guess it's not really rest haha.

Anyways plan to clean up the apartment really good, do laundry, lift light weights and do some floor exercises.

And tomorrow my new clothes will be here. I'm so excited!!! :D

I've got about 2 miles on my pedometer so far and my day is only 1/2 over.  I'm not sure how I'm going to end up overall as I'm bouncing up and down and keep gaining and losing the same few pounds.  Will have to see how it goes.  

Once I get off work tomorrow (Friday), I will be on spring break for the next 10 days.  That will give me more time to get in some worthwhile workouts, which should help.  

Wishing everyone good luck and hoping we DON'T have to don the clown suits!!

I did my 30 minute Tae Bo this morning and have been doing it for a week straight. I am still staying at my points that I am allowed with no splurging.

sorry twener but I think I will end up in a clown costume. Even with everything I am doing right I am not losing the weight. I lost a total of .2lbs at WW weigh in yesterday.
