Time to get back into a routine .. so .. each Sunday we will have 2 posts regarding our weight. In the "SUNDAY WEIGH IN" .. we simply want to list our name, followed by the number of pounds we have lost or gained .. or a zero for having stayed the same. This is the total weight difference measured from one Sunday to the next.
As you go to post, copy the post above you and paste it into your comment and add your name and results to the bottom. Be sure to complete your weight tracker .. there will be a time when you truly want to see the amazing graph it has created over the length of your journey .. and it holds us accountable.
Now ... I've been guilty of not wanting to write down the weight I gained. However, in hindsight, none of you can help me if I don't. So .. I am promising you all .. from this day forward .. I WILL post the ups .. as well as the downs. I would highly encourage you to do the same .. it is only in this way we can reach out and support each other.
The second thread, "SUNDAY WEIGH IN CHAT", is where we can all share how our week has gone and discuss things that worked and our successes .. as well as those we had difficulty or struggled with. This can be a powerful post to all of us! Let's all work to support each other and learn to enjoy this amazing journey we're on!
