When you measure your butt...do you just go around where your butts the biggest? lol where it starts to curve down? I got my measurements all done and stuff..I'll post them later. I haven't weighed since saturaday...but I don't know if I have lost any.

Joy did you join buddy teams? I don't think I really like mine. It just started and they've already got up a bunch of point goals that we have to make..like 10 of them...But its just like adding up all our daily stuff and sparkpoints..and having to do certain things every day...its kind of ridiculous how much stuff they want us to do from the get go and I don't really see a point in it...its a little too much interaction...What team are you on?

Ohh I didn't know that about the waist -  so half my height (5ft 9") 69" is  34.5" so at least one part of my body is doing okay now lol.

Todays measurements as promised

Chest: (1 Jan)= 42"          (29 Jan)= 41.5"
Waist (1 Jan) = 39"          (29 Jan) = 35"
Hips (1 Jan) =43"             (29 Jan) = 42"
Bum (1 Jan) = 44"            (29 Jan) = 43"
Right Thigh (1 Jan) =23"    (29 Jan) = 23"
Right claf (1 Jan) =15"       (29 Jan) = 14.5"
Left Thigh (1 Jan) = 23"      (29 Jan) = 22.5"
Left Calf (1 Jan) = 16"        (29 Jan) = 15"

Weight (1 Jan) = 186.8lbs   (29 Jan) = 176.6lbs

So total inches lost = 8.5"
Sp total weight lost = 10.2lbs

LOL! It's okay, I know when I see all those stars you're referring to that site. Ha ha!!! MH no likey them.

GoToDoIt- I can make it out! You've lost a lot on your waist. My thigh measurements are tricky. I try to measure mid-thigh so I remember to measure in the same place. So they might be a little off, but I've been riding our stationary bike for 20-30 minutes almost everyday! I think that's why!!! I really want to lose my butt though!

Do you know the rule for how big your waist should be? Half your height in inches. I'm 5'3" which is 63 inches. Half of my height in inches is 31.5 so my waist needs to be about 31-32 inches.

ugh...when I started s p a r k p e o p l e!  I feel like I may not be measuring myself correctly..Like the tape is too high on my backside for a waist or hip measurement...guess i'll just have to wing it!

Agghh my table was perfectly spaced out until I posted it.....

I think a good suggestion for MedHelp would be to allow Excel tables to be posted on here! lol

Oh I forgot to add that my starting weight when I joined this lovely group was 188lbs. My last weigh-in was 184.5lbs.

Hoping by Saturday to be in the 170's!!! I haven't seen the 170's in over 2 years.
