Slimming Pills

I really want to try some slimming pills to help me lose weight and there are some really conincing ones on the market. I was just wondering if anyone has tried slimming pills and if they have worked.

I am sorry to upset you but there is no majic pill really. If you take something and it kickstarts your fitness career then great but if it were that easy wouldn't nobody have trouble with weight issues? Eat right and exercise for life the best way you can and just change one thing at a time so it is not overwhealming.
