So excited!

by Cheyenne_08, Jun 11, 2009 08:51PM
Well ladies, I am so excited! I got on the scale tonight and I am down to 181.2!! What is so exciting about that is the scale dipped down to 179, but went back up. But that is alright with me, because that shows that I am SO close to being in the 170's...which I haven't been in over 5 years! Woo Hoo! Good luck everyone on your weight loss quests!

Wow thats really exciting!!!! So proud of you! I'm hoping to welcome in the 260's this weekend. But not sure if I will because I haven't been able to walk much this week due to rain we have been having. But again congrats!!!

msniki412, I took the "one pound at a time" attitude and that has really helped me. I focus on losing one pound at a time, and the weight seems to come off faster that way. That is because I am not so stressed out by not seeing HUGE progress because all I want to see is a steady decrease! You are doing great, keep it up :-) It has been raining here too....BLAH!

Thats all I do, is one pound at a time. I think thats the only way it works and as long as the scale goes down who cares if it's only 1 pound a week!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
