If you really wanna be fit;)
Calculate your bfast,lunch,and dinner which will never over 850cal.per day..
Don't eat foods having a sugar,don't eat bread,avoid riCE..try not to cheat your new routine..do some light exercise..if you feel lazy to do exercise..then here...drink a green tea..before each meal..
