Stopped Losing Weight

Hi in october 2014 I did weight 18st 12Ib
I am 5ft 8ins, age 37, Male.

my weight loss plan was as follows 1500 calories consumed daily, exercised 7 days a week doing 1000+ calories.
on this plan up to 24th Jan 15 I had lost 19kg (24/1/15 weigh in 16st 0Ib)

My plan has since changed from last week I still consume 1500 calories daily but now exercising 6 days a week doing 1500 + my weigh in was today and that was the same as last week.

I was under the impression that if I exercised more then would burn about more but not lost anything this week I also have my weigh in every Saturday at the same time.

would appreciate any help with this not sure if im doing to much
Thanks

I agree that your body has adjusted to your routine and you need to change things up a bit... you can do this by changing your exercise routine - do things you aren't used to doing.  Once your body gets used to a certain routine, that's just what it expects on a daily basis, so it's not longer a challenge.  Same with your diet... change your calorie intake - increase by a couple hundred calories for a couple days, then decrease by a couple hundred calories for a couple hundred for a couple days, so your body won't know what to expect.

Frequently you will have a weight plateau. Mine lasted about 6 months. Have recently started to lose a few more pounds. Don't panic. Your body has adjusted to your regime.
