Running a bit late this morning, but am finally up and about. We've made it through another week and it's been a really busy one for me.
Even though I've been busy, I managed to put on a little over a pound, actually, about 1.6 lbs, according to the scale this morning, but I'm not too worried about it, as I'm quite sure my weight will go down as the day goes on, since that's what's been happening lately. I'm actually thinking of changing my weigh in time to Saturday night, rather than Sunday morning.
I know I haven't been on much the past couple of weeks; that's because there has recently been a major upheaval in my personal life that's taking nearly all my free time, plus working 10 hour days forces me to get up extra early and go to bed extra early; I'll be glad when summer is over and we can go back to "normal" hours.
So, how about all of you? I've seen some posts indicating that some of you have been successful in losing some weight. That's great and I'm anxious to hear about it. If you're having trouble getting the weight off, or keeping it off, let us know. We can try to help you .
