I am up over what I was due to my trip to Chicago but it is coming down. I suspect next week I'll be celebrating losses again. And, we are just a few days away from finishing our reno in the basement. I will soon have my exercise room in place.
I am still on track and still staying strong but i have lost my drive, not really sure why, I am already worried about the weight going back on, and not being able to maintain so is it really worth it? i know it is worth it but i cant help wondering, i have lost weight before never this much though and it always goes back on. The thought that this journey is for life is really scary.
Wow -- to have your very own exercise room -- I wouldn't know how to act if I had that. I tried to set up my spare bedroom as an exercise room, but it's not big enough for both "bedroom furniture" for use when we have guests AND exercise equipment.
Elaine -- I'm happy to hear that you are down, yet again -- you've done an awesome job and I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your drive.
I can understand your concern about being able to maintain, but you've made actual lifestyle changes, versus "going on a diet", you should be okay. Just think of the health benefits you are gaining from having lost weight.
And don't forget, you have us, whenever the journey seems too scary or overwhelming. (hugs)
