Supplements for meat and dairy?
Hi everyone~ recently I've been cutting down on meat and dairy, and eating more fruits and vegetables- I've been seeing amazing results weight-wise! But I realize that you can't just cut them out of your diet completely... you need protein, and calcium.
So what are some healthy alternative ways to get the things I would usually get from meat and dairy?

A lot of grocery stores have a vegetarian section. In that section, they DO have vegetarian meat substitutes. I have used the "meat" crumbles in a lot of recipes and my family didn't know the difference. Good luck!!
