Agree that you can't "spot lose", but yoga will help tone all your muscles and can aid in fat loss.
Look up Tabatas as an exercise. There are dozens of free videos on YouTube. They are short exercises that you can do that really help boost fat burning. Unfortunately, it's hard to lose fat from one area. Your body tends to burn fat from everywhere, or specific areas that you have a tendency to gain it in. I know when I lose weight a lot of it comes from my face and arms first, then the stomach and thighs. When a friend of mine loses it she sees it in her chest and stomach first. You can't control it, but you can move into strength exercises that strengthen the muscles in an area, and that can help give the illusion of less fat.
Stretch marks, however, are tricky to get rid of, fat or no fat. I would recommend Shea Butter lotions.
