Ok, I have done really good the past three weeks and then I started over the weekend and I catch myself eating and eating and eating. I am not hungry and it is even not stuff that is good....this stinks. On top of that I do not feel good and I have been around the house more. The past few days I have tryed to overeat fruit at least it is better than junk or left over hamburgers
I find myself in moods like this sometimes! You should figure out what is causing you to overeat and try to deal with that issue first! Tomorrow is a new day, so forgive yourself for the past few days and start over!
