sn- Lt. Laughing cow cheese (1 pt) and 1 multigrain Wasa cracker
L-- barley pilaf with Boca burger, broccoli and cauliflower. SF/FF pudding, apple
sn- (may not need it) 94% FF popcorn
Dn-Spicy Garlic Lime chicken (sauteed using 2 tsps olive oil), salad made with spring mix, grape tomatoes, shredded soy cheese, and broccoli slaw and topped with FF Cesar Italian dressing
Sn- (working tonight, so I often have a 10 pm snack at work) FF plain yogurt
Hard to get all my required dairy servings in! I'm just not hungry a lot of the time.
