I have started the food tracker and the weight tracker but is there a tracker or program on this site that will inform me, based on the amount of weight I'd like to lose, of how many calories I SHOULD eat per day, etc.? If this exists where might I find it?
Okay - go to your food diary and click on "settings". This will give you a page on which you can enter your data. There's a place to click if you want the diary to calculate your calorie needs or if you want to do it yourself.
