Training for a long Cycle trip
Hi all,
I have only just joined the site, and think the tools are fantastic.  I am just after a little information on training for cycling??  A friend and I have six months to get super fit!!  We are both maybe 25-30kg overweight and have signed up for a fundraising trip to Vietnam in March 2010.  As part of the trip we will be cycling 100km per day for 6 days.  Unfortunately, neither of us can afford a personal trainer, but do have gym memberships, but no advice.  So any advice on how we should go about training would be fantastic!!
