Tyreoids results

I have been suffering all my life with my weight. Now I'm 38 years old, 1,60 cm and 80kg. Tried many diets and what better worked was low carb diet. Now I took the decision to workout more and took a personal who asked me about tyreoids tests, I did and the results are showing "normal". Can someone try to help me to understand this results?
T4 free 1,27 ( 0,93-1,71) norm
Tsh 1,220(0,27-4,2) norm
T3 free 3,06 (2,04-4,4) norm
Any tg 10,63 (0-115) norm
Any tpo 5,43 (0-34) norm
Cholesterol 4,45 (3-5) norm
Cholesterol hdl 1,59
Cholesterol ldl 2,35
Triglyceride 1,12
Glucose 5,31 (3,9-5,5) norm
And p-lcr 47,1 (13-43) above norm
Pct 0,4 (0,17-0,35) above normal

Please help me to understand this results and see what should I cut it add to.my diet.

Many thanks

I see what your results are for the HDL, LDL and triglycerides... I meant what does the lab report say the upper limits should be?

Hello thanks for your answer. hDL is 1,59 mmol/l
Ldl is 2,35 mmol/l and triglyceride is 1,12 mmol/l.
Also cortisol was checked and I got 14,98mg/dl in the morning and 4,84 in the afternoon.I don't really know if it helps to understand something. I will check the link. Many thanks!

While both of your thyroid hormone levels (Free T3 and Free T4) are on the low side, they probably aren't low enough for a doctor to be willing to treat them with replacement thyroid hormones.

The recommended levels for Free T4 is about mid range and your level is at 44% of its range.  Recommended for Free T3 is upper half to upper third of its range and your level is at 43% of its range.  One would expect TSH to be somewhat higher with these levels and since your antibody tests are, both, within the ranges, this makes think you might have Central or Secondary hypothyroidism, which means there's probably nothing wrong with your thyroid, but a possible problem in the hypothalamus/pituitary axis.  This would prevent the pituitary gland from producing enough TSH to stimulate the thyroid to produce adequate thyroid hormones.

Most doctors will simply just look at the TSH and since it's quite low, will tell you, you're fine.

What are the ranges for the HDL, LDL and triglycerides?

The Pct is an indicator of inflammation in the body, which could be coming from anywhere.  You might ask your doctor for a thyroid ultrasound to check for thyroiditis.
