Using trackers and iphone apps
Hi I am new to this site.  I downloaded the app to my ipod, in hopes that it would make it easier to have the flexability to use the ipod or the computer.  I thought I would be able to do this.  I can't seem to figure it out.  I can enter tracker info on either, but what I enter on the ipod does not show up on the website.  What am I doing wrong?  Or was I wrong that it would sync?  I use the same login info for both devices, I thought it would be the same... any ideas??

I'm using a different app on my Droid 2 to log my calories, and it has been syncing with the site. So I'm not sure what's wrong.

Is there a syncing function on your phone (I know nothing about iPhones by the way) that needs to be changed? Is your phone connecting to the internet and syncing properly?

Mine will sometimes fail to sync.

Otherwise, it should work.  You could try starting another account and seeing if that one works.

Ah, I figured out that it was not syncing on it's own.  I figured out how to do it.  Technology was getting the best of me! lol

It's an ipod, not a phone, that might be why it wasn't working.

Okay, or not.... I got it to work yesterday.  But not today.  hmmm I wonder why?  I'll keep working on it.

Well, I'm not sure how to make this work.  I got it to work one day by signing into the forums from the ipod and then telling it to sync.  It updated the tracker on the ipod. But last night it did not work again.  I don't know enough to make it better.  I sent an email to the website to get some help.  I haven't heard back yet.

To anyone who may be looking for answers as I was:
I figured out what the problem was.  I downloaded the app to my ipod before I had an account on Medhelp.  This somehow messed up my ability to sync.  I deleted the app, and then downloaded it again.  After that it has been working just fine.  I solved my own problem and I've not yet heard from tech support people.
