i still feel hungrey after takeing reductulbut i thinkthat hunger would be worst if i did not take it soi feel its better than nothing can helpto a certain extent but not fully i drinklots of diet coke to bloatme out and ikeep telling myself welcome hunger as a signu r loseing weight your hungrey so your burning fat rite know think of it as a beuty treatment effect its how u mentally think of hunger which can help i stick 2 3 smallmeals per day low fat and see the hunger as my body byrning fat visalise yourself shrinking whenu get that hunger think of it as your body grinds the fat out of your body this may hurt like unger does hurt but its working is nt it no pain no gain keep going its not forever is it and is it worth it to eat and enjoy 10 mins of pleausure then 2/ 3 days of feeling krap 4 not sticking it threw think it not eat small 3 meals low cal per day u have eaten and u will lose weight b kind 2 yourself lots of pampering in other ways u need 2 your on a mission feel the hunger wow your body is shrinking think of all those lush clothes u can buy and how sexy u will feel 4 your partner its hard 4 us all i hate being over weight but i hpe these tips help they help me keep going go girl feel the hunger your burning away al that fat your shrinking your going 2 b so hot well done great tell yourself good girl anything tr\ain yourself learn your boundraies with food intake calories i hate them but we have 2 do this hope this helps u u can b whatever u want 2 b its in your hands x
Thanks so much for your advice. I will try to eat 3 small meals a day plus snacks (fruits & etc) and see how it work 1st. I usually does exercise through housework... coz no time. manage 2 children & etc.... :). Thought of stopping the pill today coz i feel something wrong coz i felt like irritable the whole day and woundering where my mine was and feel starving just like the side effect of taking antibiotic. I felt like almost throughout the day feel hungry... i heard some are so successful in reductil lost 15 kgs in 3 months, so amazed but not for me..... :) The problem with me is before taking the pill i always crave for cakes and sweets stuffs...

Diet pills usually don't work well, and if they do, you will most likely gain back the weight once you go off the pills.
You need to eat several small meals every day in order to keep your blood sugar steady and to keep from getting hungry. If you eat breakfast at 8:30, then it's normal to start feeling hungry by 11:30 - that's 3 hours. Try eating 3 small meals/day, plus snacks and see if that helps. You don't say whether or not you exercise. Moderate exercise is necessary with any eating plan.
