Wedding Dress!

Well ladies, I did the dreaded deed and went wedding dress shopping today lol Turns out, it was GREAT! I tried on close to 15 wedding dresses and fell in love with one, until I tried on a different one, and that one ended up being the one! When my sister got married in Jan of 08, my dress was a size 20! My wedding dress is a size......14!! I am SOOO excited! It looks amazing and I am so happy! My bridesmaids also picked out their dress and it looks great too! I can't wait to wear my dress again!

Ugh, gained 3 lbs! I can't head in that direction, or this dress wont fit :-(

The bridal shop that I got my dress from does alteration's for free, so it can be altered. The back is one that laces and ties, so she told me if I lose more weight not to worry, that the dress will still fit. I love it, and I am just SO excited! Thanks Rubyolivia for the kind words :-) I am SOOO happy you are in my wedding!!!!

Congratulations on finding that perfect dress.  Just don't lose so much weight that you won't fit it anymore - or as twehner says "make sure it can be altered".  

You're doing great, girl - go for it................

yeah!!!!! im so happy for you girlie!!! im a 16 /18 in wedding dresses right now.. lol.. ill be happy if i can get down to a 12 or 14.. i know getting down to an 8 is probably not the best for my body and my height .. but im so happy for you!!! im sure you will look gorgeous on your big day

I'm soooo excited for you.  JUST MAKE SURE IT CAN BE TAILORED ENOUGH !  Find out how much it can be altered...and be careful NOT to lose too much weight!  I'm confident  in you.
