Weekly Challenge!!
Elaine1961 posted a challenge this past week, for which several people have signed up.  The goal is to lose 0.4 lbs by this time next Sunday.  We can record our losses (yes, I'm assuming that we are all going to succeed) on the Sunday weigh in.  

Let's all make sure we keep our exercise tracker up to date, and open to other members so we can help each other track progress.  

Beginning  weight:

Barb               149.4

You can copy/paste and add your name, beginning weight and I'll move that forward each week.  I don't think Elaine specified how long she wanted the challenge to run.  We'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Hi Everyone! Just wanted to wish all of you a lovely day. Our challenge helped me to resist lemon meringue pie & Oreo ice cream last night when I was craving a sweet treat in the wee hours. So...thank you! Together we are all going to reach our goals!

NineChoirs & Barb...where did you get those weight loss tickers? Is there a way to post them on your home page (in addition to or instead of the scale)?

It only works if you are using the weight tracker.  Look just below the white area in which you type your message, you will see, in blue, a small arrow that says "show ticker".  Click on that and it will say "add one of your tickers to the bottom of this post".  Click the "down arrow", then click on "weight tracker".  When you post your comment, your ticker will show up.

Thanks Barb. I'll give it a try though when I set up my site, I couldn't find a ticker that shows beginning/current & goal weights...only the scale icon that records the daily weight.

OKay, so i've been slacking with my eating habits for the past 2 weeks but I have been able to keep active... not as much as I was in the begin of my weight loss journey.. but enough to keep my weight the same... I really need to kick my butt back into gear and complete my goal that I have promissed myself to complete!!
