Weekly Weighin Sundays!

Okey People! How's everyone doing today?

I believe everyone is still doing their exercsies and keeping fit!

If you are moving then better report it here! lol...

I am going to make a post every Sunday to see how much weight we all lose each week as a team!

So this week is going to be the first weigh ins!

Are you up to the challenge? Are you going to show me some more courage?

I am hoping the weight loss is going to be a grand total by Sunday! Now you have a task and will see what

you have to bring to the party! Get moving now!

Well, I was surprised this morning .... I am down 2lbs which is better than up 2 lbs .. so I'm back on the road to success after gaining a few unexpectedly!

I'm in...I usually weigh on Monday, but it's no big deal to change up.

I weigh everyday so it doesn't matter LOL.  I am happy that we are doing this.  Its been a crazy beginning of the week and I have gained weight because I was unable to exercise even though I have been great with calories so I am hoping to get out today and by Sunday be back where I started or at least lose a few pounds.

Well, there's always one in every crowd:  I always weigh on Monday.  That helps me NOT to go too crazy on the weekends.  It actually works for me.  I'll figure something out - or tell you what I THINK I'm gonna weight the next day - jk!

Okey Guys! It's really okey whether its friday or sunday you weigh yourself.
Those weighing on Friday can report the loss on Sunday And Sunday people can do the same!

Now remember this is a team effort, to keep wining each week the whole community needs to contribute! I think this going to be exciting and fun!  Let's keep the team spirit going!

I'll come along for the ride, although I haven't been doing too well.  Will try to get back on the band wagon and get with the program.  Sunday weigh in is ok with me - I'm not usually any heavier then than any other day.

yep im the exact same way! my DH gets paid on fridays so either friday or saturday we ll go out to eat but to make up the next day im up doing extra cardio trying to burn it off!

Those are the same reasons I pick Friday to weigh in!  I try to up my exercise on the weekend to compensate for the cheating, and to keep the cheating moderate, but I admit that I really like allowing myself a few extras at the end of the week.

I also weigh in on fridays! so i can see the progress i made during the week! Saturdays are when i would normally cheat on my diet so sunday might be ugly for me lol!! Which ever day is fine though!

im so up for it!!!!! i always weigh myself on sunday so im in for the challenge!!!! i have 15.5lbs to go until Jan 4....hope I can do it!!!!

Neat.  I didn't see this post, and just said in another post that I think a forum-wide weigh in would help me with motivation!

I only weigh in at most once a week.  I really like my regular weigh-in day to be Friday.  Can I report my Friday weight on the Sunday post?

I've been soooo stuck, and know it will take a lot to get moving (in the right direction!) again...I think a regular shared weigh-in sounds great.
