Weight Loss what should I do

I want to know What type of exercises I should do because I go to the office early in the morning and go back home late in the evening

Can you walk on your lunch/dinner hour? I used to go up and down the stairs in the winter at lunch one place I worked.

Probably just a good idea to move around a lot at work instead of sitting too much.

You can also do stretching exercises at your chair. Think just relaxing here and there reduces stress and the urge to overeat.
