There are a lot of weight loss programs, but I think tigerlilly gave you excellent advice.
Let us know how much weight you have to lose and we will most certainly help you come up with a plan. The support here is fantastic.
Well, I'm not sure what you need but I can tell you what I have done that has worked so far.
I stopped drinking pop. It's water and 1/2 decaf coffee now.
I stopped eating fried foods, extra carbs, and deserts.
I stopped eating after dinner.
I stopped (mostly) eating out.
I started eating fruits and veggies, complex carbs, good oils and lean proteins.
I started counting W.W. points to make sure I didn't and don't overeat.
I started exercising 5.5 hrs per week. 4.5 of cardio and 1hr of strength training.
I stick to this more than not. I'm not perfect and I have my bad days but try to keep them to a minimum. For me it came down to excepting the fact that I can't cheat my way to healthy. Once I came to terms (mostly) with the lifestyle changes I was going to have to make I was ready.
