Weight!! Pls Help

Hi All! I'm Rachael, I am currently 17 years old. I am 141.1 kg... i know its too much, i keep on gaining and was always bullied at school..... My parents decided to bring me to the doctors and they said that i have hypothyroidism. I am very scared... they have thought me some ways like diet n exercise, first 2 weeks i lost 1kg the next 2 weeks i gain 1.5 kg. i just couldn't help..., i love dancing, i dance recently rather than that i dont exercise because i work in a office n sit for 9 hours+. My mum have gave me till the end of the year to lose weight if not she is gonna make me go for surgery. I am very very scared for surgeries and it has a lot of complications.Please help and advise me to lose weight easily...and any testimonials of how u lose weight? Also they dont wanna bring to the thyroid specialist for further treatment they say its nothing and its not life threatening, they say i am giving excuses for not losing weight :( Thank u. :)

My grandma helped me find some drinks that will make me lose weight its called nutrilite.. but i dun take it often for the supplements i will try asking my parents...

Indian style of food are healthy foods but they are spicy, rite!
Just a suggestion
So why dont you try some weight loss supplements to reduce your weight. there are many natural weight loss supplements available in the market which has no side affects and it also helps you to maintain your overall health.

ok sure...

I am an indian, so most of my meals i eat rice and curry..
I tend to eat more rice and sweet drinks...

I hv my food diary, here in medhelp , maybe u can take a look at it and help me... thanks :) but i put the privacy wif my frens so i will add u first...tnx 4 ur help:)

hey, Dont give up. You said that you know you are over weight, so it your responsibility to plan and follow some weight loss chart to reduce your weight. Do what you  think you can or you like, dancing is also way to lose your weight, if you choose dancing, DO IT REGULARLY!! Then you will surely have a good result.
