Well its still " that time of the month" but this morning when I weighed myself I was at 189 instead of 191 :) :) :)
You can expect to see weight fluctuation of 1-5lb from about 4 days before your period starts to 2 days after it finishes - so keep doing what you are doing 7lb is great :)
As long as you are doing the right things eatng, drinking, sleeping, exercise wise - teh fluid retention and hormonal weight changes will drop off pretty quickly.
This is very normal :)
