Weight gain during Period?

I have been doing pretty good on my weight (atleast I think so) I was down to 190 from 197 in about 3 weeks...well, I started my period yesterday and this morning I weighed 191.  I know thats not much weight gain but I havent eaten anything real fattening and I have been working out and running/biking as usual.  Just curious! :)  Thanks!

You can expect to see weight fluctuation of 1-5lb from about 4 days before your period starts to 2 days after it finishes -  so keep doing what you are doing 7lb is great :)

As long as you are doing the right things eatng, drinking, sleeping, exercise wise -  teh fluid retention and hormonal weight changes will drop off pretty quickly.

This is very normal :)
