Okay - I'm not good at converting cm to inches or kg to pounds, but let me give it a try: I make 163 cm to be approx. 5'4" and 53 kg to be about 116 pounds - yep, I wish I had your problem.........lol
Seriously, Lucey12 said it all about the eating.... eat more calories, but don't go for junk food, like candy, chips, sodas, etc as that will be mostly fat. I agree with the working out, too.
I have to say, though, that I wouldn't hold out much hope for getting a lot taller. You are pretty much full grown (height wise). My suggestion? Stand tall and carry yourself with pride, respect and self confidence and most people won't notice that you aren't as tall as they are........

Oh and the height thing, I think you might grow a bit more. I stopped growing at 12...I'm 5'2''. lol
