Weight loss

Please help me in weight loss and body shaping with a diet plan

Oh and don't forget to count calories, make sure you eat 1300-1500 calories a day. You could do a cheat day once in a week or 2 weeks but make sure you exercise the next day or at the same day!

Well you should've have added your weight and height because caloric intake should be determinedon how yyou weigh. But anyways I'll give you the basic tips.

BREAK FAST
2 boils eggs with whole grain toast, and add veggies. You could eat tinned tuna with a salad. Drink green tea with honey if you want to sweeten the taste. Drink Diet Aloe Vera drink (So delicious and low caloric!). Fruits with Greek yogurt with oatmeal, honey and granola.

SNACKS
1 fruit only

LUNCH
Your homemade lunch. No fast food or fatty food at all! Skip fried food and avoid 'bad' fats and stick to good fats which is found in natural healthy food and not the once that are found in junkies! You could stick to a homemade fresh juice (Orange juice, etc..) Avoid diet coke or diet fizzy drinks because they are NOT HEALTHY.

LUNCH
Drinking a cup of green tea is important at night, add ginger or honey with it. Do not eat heavy meals that makes you feel so full. Because you will end up feelings uncomfortable. Eat Quest Bar with banana milk shake (high in protein and healthy). Eat fruits or tuna and veggies.

EXERCISE
4-5 Days a week. Or else it will make your body tired. Make sure to get a good sleep and rest after working out (if you want to build muscles, drink protein shake after the workout to recover your muscles). Do 30-45 minutes of cardio or go for a jog for 1 hour. You could do other sports that your enjoy like basketball and volleyball etc.. As long as you sweat a lot during sports, then you're burning fat.
(I lost about 23kg by following this schedule)

Try eat less amount of food. Try to eat only breakfast and luch. Don't eat dinner. Also don't drink anything except for water

It would help if you would let us know some statistics about you. Age, how much weight you need to shed.

Run 5-10 km dailly , 1500 kcals daily with low carbs if uou want to cut weight in a long peroid u can go for 2000 kcals faily and burn 200-300 if u want fast follow the 1500 kcals
