I have been exercising n I loss 10 pounds, but that was b4 I got my second job n know I can't go to the gym like I use 2. On both of my jobs I walk a lot tho. Please tell me some lil simply things I can do 2 get back on track. Really want HELP!!!
There are exercise programs that don't require a gym membership. I'm just starting Strong Women Stay Young, and I also just found out about one called Growing Stronger. Both are geared toward people of low to moderate fitness. If you need more intense exercises, there has to be something out there. Both have websites, so you could take a look to get the general idea.
