Hello , my name is Janelle . Im 14 this year , height 162cm and weight is 74kg . I will have my badminton on every Tues and Thurs during the holidays . My ideal weight is 55kg . I hope to lose 19kg by 1st July . But , im a girl who is lazy to go out do exercise . So , can someone tell me some exercises I can do at home ? :)

You can do exercices of TribeSports, there are a lot of kind of exercices you can do at home easily
Perso, I do the focus area: legs and core muscular endurance, abs and legs and core workout ;)
