no problem then and thats great - water flushes out the toxins in your body which slow down your metabolism... keeping your renal function optimum is always good. Also it stops you feeling so hungry.

You should be drinking 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day but remember some of your water intake can come from food too-
Water intoxication (drinking too much water) is rare and hard to achieve and would need to be something you consiously did.....
The average adults kidneys can tollerate and process 15 lires of fluid a day.... so unless you are drinking more than that don't worry.
You can drink too much water but you'd have to drink an ungodly amount so I'm pretty sure you're safe.
