You said "Sometimes 74 in the morning and sometimes 47.6 and so on" -- are you telling us that your weight is fluctuating by 26.4 kg/day? I don't think that's even possible, so was that a typo?
Without knowing anything about you - how tall you are, how old you are, how much activity you get, it's impossible to know if your weight loss of 5 kg over 7 months should be worrisome.
If you are suffering from hypochondria, you really need to get help.......
Hi,
I think most people would be happy to have lost 5kg!
To answer your question, no I don't see why you should be worried, being 74kg why would you be? It's not dangerous for your health or anything... When you start losing 20kg in 6 months like it happened to a friend of mine, then yes you can start being worried.
Honestly, stop overdoing it, don't weight yourself every day, it's just bad. Any good doctor will tell you that it quickly becomes an obsession and no obsession is ever good.
And of course you have a weight variation from day to day. You don't eat the same things in the same quantity every day so a 0.6 kg variation is absolutely normal. Some people have 1kg weight fluctuations every day.
As for the coloscopy and gastroscopy, isn't it a bit overkilled for 5 little kgs??
If you think you have hypochondria, then go see a doctor and get a treatment for it...
